Steel forging is a kind of wear-resistant material, the chemical composition is similar to the grinding ball , steel forging is divided intodouble plane and bispherical(capsule type) mainly used in the ball mill fine grinding silo, it can withstand high frequency of strong impactforce and friction, with fine grinding effect, high wear resistance, low crushing rate characteristics effectively reduce production costs.

 a. The blanking of the steel grinding rod is implemented via the sawing machine. The dimensional tolerance would abide by the requirement of the order. After the implementation of blanking, the two ends of the raw material are polished into the R arc via the polishing machine.

b. The surface of the product for the rod mill cannot have the crack, overburning and fissure visible to the naked eyes.

c. The nonstraightness of the product is less than 0.2%. The diameter tolerance ranges from +0mm to -1.5mm. The length tolerance is from +0mm-25mm. The fracture should be less than 3%.

煤化工行业用钢棒研磨煤浆，通常磨机都比较大，直径三米多，长度5-6米不等，也有大于6米的，那就是极个别的案例啦。

煤化工用的钢棒，绝大部分都是使用65Mn这个材质的钢棒。目前煤化工行业百分之九十多的厂家都是使用热处理的65Mn圆钢啦。还有一少部分使用42CrMo的钢棒，事实上这种材质的钢棒性价比更高，只能接受其价格的厂家不多。

一般65Mn普通圆钢硬度在HRC15-23度之间 热处理的钢棒在HRC45-55之间

以下是热处理65Mn磨煤机钢棒的标准：

直径：￠50MM-65MM-75mm偏差符合GB/T699-1999标准

配磨比例：3：4：3（注意：初次装磨不可把棒全部加进去，详细情况我司中标供货后可到现场进行指导，且每台磨机中直径的钢棒需额外多采购约总棒量的20%作为后续加棒时用）

长度：定尺5850mm 偏差+-10mm（解释：钢棒长度比磨机内径长度短150mm为尺寸，过长装不进去，过短则会导致乱棒）可根据棒磨机尺寸定做。

不直度：1.5-3mm/m

深加工工艺：调质热处理

硬度：HRC45-55（硬度是可控的，可根据客户要求调整硬度范围）

原材料：60Mn/65Mn（符合GB/T699-1999标准）

检测项目：①成分②表面③硬度度⑤直径⑥长度

　　注意事项：

1.要求厂家提供钢厂材质单，确保是大钢厂的65Mn材料

2.实地去现场对钢棒硬度进行检测，确保是热处理过后的产品（也可以自己买个便携式的检测仪2500-3000左右）

3.签订合标记下钢棒的断棒率情况，超出部分要有补偿协议。

一般钢棒原材料的价格都是比较透明的，就是在原材料的基础上自己再加上热处理的钱和企业的管理费用即可，一般为1000-1200之间，数量大应该还有优惠，也可以电话咨询我。

物料由进料装置经入料中空轴螺旋均匀地进入磨机第一仓，该仓内有阶梯衬板或波纹衬板，内装各种规格钢球，筒体转动产生离心力将钢球带到一定高度后落下，对物料产生重击和研磨作用。物料在第一仓达到粗磨后，经单层隔仓板进入第二仓，该仓内镶有平衬板，内有钢球，将物料进一步研磨。粉状物通过卸料箅板排出，完成粉磨作业。

筒体在回转的过程中，研磨体也有滑落现象，在滑落过程中给物料以研磨作用，为了有效的利用研磨作用，对物料粒度较大的一般二十目磨细时候，把磨体筒体用隔仓板分隔为二段，即成为双仓，物料进入第一仓时候被钢球击碎，物料进入第二仓时候，钢段对物料进行研磨，磨细合格的物料从出料端空心轴排出，对进料颗粒小的物料进行磨细时候，如砂二号矿渣，粗粉煤灰，磨机筒体可不设隔板，成为一个单仓筒磨，研磨体也可以用钢段。

原料通过空心轴颈给入空心圆筒进行磨碎，圆筒内装有各种直径的磨矿介质（钢球、钢棒或砾石等）。当圆筒绕水平轴线以一定的转速回转时，装在筒内的介质和原料在离心力和摩擦力的作用下，随着筒体达到一定的高度，当自身的重力大于离心力时，便脱离筒体内壁抛射下落或滚下，由于冲击力而击碎矿石。同时在磨机转动过程中，磨矿介质相互间的滑动运动对原料也产生研磨作用。磨碎后的物料通过空心轴颈排出。

球磨机衬板是用来保护筒体，使筒体免受研磨体和物料直接冲击和磨擦，同时也可利用不同形式的衬板来调整研磨体的运动状态，以增强研磨体对物料的粉碎作用，有助于提高磨机的粉磨效率，增加产量，降低金属消耗。衬板作为矿山设备的常用耗材，需要6-9月更换一次。质量上乘的衬板具有保护球磨机，降低磨耗的作用。

球磨机的衬板尺寸的大小要考虑搬运、装卸和进出磨门时方便等因素。近几年，球磨机的衬板尺寸已统一，宽度为314mm，整块衬板长500mm，半块衬板为250mm，厚度40~50mm，质量约在45~55kg。
