The custom steel is heated to 1100 ° C (±50 ° C) by hot rolling forging, and the rolling forging machine applies pressure to the metal blank to produce a grinding ball with certain mechanical properties, shape and size. This is how we process the ball mill.

At present, more than 90% of the manufacturers in the coal chemical industry are using heat-treated 65Mn round steel. There is also a small number of 42CrMo steel rods, in fact, this material of steel rods is more cost-effective, can only accept its price manufacturers are not many.

Generally 65Mn ordinary round steel hardness between HRC15-23 degrees heat treatment of steel rods between HRC45-55.

The following are the standards for heat treatment of 65Mn mill steel rods:

Diameter: ￠50MM-65MM-75mm deviation in line with GB/T699-1999 standard

Grinding ratio: 3:4:3 (Note: not all the rods can be added to the initial grinding. After winning the bid for the supply of detailed information, our company can go to the site for guidance, and the diameter of steel rods in each mill needs to be purchased about 20% of the total rod quantity for subsequent rod addition)

Length: 5850mm deviation +-10mm (Explanation: the steel rod length is 150mm shorter than the inner diameter length of the mill as the size, too long can not be loaded in, too short will lead to disorderly rod) can be customized according to the size of the rod mill.

Non-straightness: 1.5-3mm/m

Deep processing technology: tempering heat treatment

Hardness: HRC45-55 (hardness is controllable, the hardness range can be adjusted according to customer requirements)

Raw material: 60Mn/65Mn (according to GB/T699-1999 standard)

1. Ask the manufacturer to provide the material list of the steel mill to ensure that it is the 65Mn material of the large steel mill

【产品介绍】济南华民钢棒公司自2013年新上全国一一条全自动化耐磨钢棒调质生产线，采用新型材质RCAB研制的磨棒用于大型矿山、水泥厂、化工厂、煤浆发电厂、石英砂、硅砂厂等各种棒磨机设备。采用专业的控温装置和配套的热处理设备，使产品硬度高（45-55HRC），弯曲度小于1.5mm/m，致密的贝氏体+珠光体、碳化物，能达到落棒试验3.5m时不破碎15000以上，调质和未调质圆钢相比单耗能降低40%左右。

球磨机中钢球的主要作用是对物料进行冲击破碎，同时也起到一定的研磨作用。因此，钢球进行级配的目的，就是要满足这两方面的要求。粉碎效果的好坏直接对粉磨效率产生影响，并最终影响球磨机产量，能否达到粉碎要求取决于钢球的级配是否合理，主要包括钢球大小、球径级数、各种规格球所占比例等。

所谓两级配球法，就是使用大小两种不同规格，并且二者直径相差较大的钢球来进行级配。其理论依据是，大球之间的空隙由小球来填充，以充分提高钢球的堆积密度。这样，一方面可提高磨机的冲击能力和冲击次数，符合研磨体的功能特点，另一方面，较高的堆积密度可使物料能够得到一定的研磨作用。在两级配球中，大球的作用主要是对物料进行冲击破碎，小球的作用一是填充大球间的空隙，提高研磨体的堆积密度，以控制物料流速，增加研磨能力；二是起能量传递作用，将大球的冲击能量传递给物料；三是将空隙中的粗颗粒物料排挤出来，置于大球的冲击区内。

大直径耐磨钢球成型工艺，主要有热轧成型好锻造成型等几种方式。

以φ120mm钢球为例，如果采用圆钢斜轧成型，热轧钢球直径与采用的圆钢直径比为1:1,锻造比小，钢球成型后，其形变量、组织应力、还是心部的硬度指标都明显低于锻造成型的钢球，而且可能造成内部组织疏松，耐磨性低。

也会造成破碎率相对偏高。

锻造钢球，同样以φ120mm钢球为例，材料采用φ80圆钢时，长度约为180mm，与钢球的直径比为1.5：1，有个1.5的压缩比，钢球内在质量得到提升。当采用空气锤锻打时，受工人技能水平的影响，产能低，而且产品质量不稳定。

公司的“旋切滚锻钢球自动化生产线”，使用电炉并替代了传统的空气锤锻打生产方式，配备的贝氏体和RCAB钢球钢材料和的热处理流水线，通过设备控制可以按照客户的要求生产各种硬度级别和机械性能的球磨钢球和其他类型研磨介质。相比较传统的锻打工艺，轧制钢球的主要优点在于不间断的晶体流动。华民钢球制作工艺在于有的淬火设备，由此钢球表面硬度均匀，硬度分布均匀，生产效率提高20倍。

一、耐磨钢球 锻造钢球能生产Ф20mm—Ф150mm和高、中、低铬Ф17mm—Ф120mm。华民钢球具有的尺寸、圆整的几何形状，很高的硬度和良好的机械性能并具有耐磨损、不易变形、不易开裂的品质。产品广泛应用于大型矿山，火力发电厂，水泥厂以及其他行业，深受国内外客户好评。

自主研发的“磨棒自动化生产设备流水线”将磨棒坯料通过辊轮循环进入节能感应电炉加热、连续进行调直和淬回火的生产技术。可在同一条生产线上完成生产多种型号的高碳合金钢磨棒，比传统的磨棒生产工艺，生产效率提高5倍，显著降低了成本，并获得一项发明专利，并被国家工信部批准，起草磨棒行业标准。

自主研发了RCAB耐磨系列新材料，合理配置各种合金元素 （铬、锰、钼、硅、铜等），硫磷杂质少，生产出的耐磨钢球表面硬度可达55-67HRC，心部硬度可达50-63HRC，内外硬度差小，破碎率低，能有效为矿山降低磨耗，从而降低生产成本。我公司承担的大球项目被国家科技部列为2014年国家重大专项项目。今年企业技术中心正在实施多头旋切小型球机组、顶端机组、大球机组等项目，项目完成后将实现锻球行业新的飞跃。
