Shandong Huamin Steel Ball Co., Ltd. is the drafter and formulator of the national standard for wear-resistant steel bars.

Our grinding rods are made of various materials, with specifications ranging from φ40mm to φ150mm. The length can be customized according to customer requirements. At present, the longest of our customers is 6300mm and the shortest is only 800mm. It has met the needs of different customers.

Our wear-resistant steel bar equipment is independently developed by us. The grinding rods after special heat treatment have low wear, high hardness (HRC45-55), strong toughness, and their wear resistance is 1.5 to 2 times that of ordinary materials.

After quenching and tempering, the internal stress was relieved, the bars were not broken, the bending degree met the requirements, and the two ends were not sharp. It has excellent wear resistance, saving customers a lot of costs. The size and specification can be adjusted completely according to the customer's needs, greatly enhancing flexibility and eliminating unnecessary waste.
